What Data We Collect

We collect personal data that you voluntarily provide through our website forms:

  • Wholesale enquiry form: your name, email address, organisation name, and message
  • Retail notification signup: your email address

We also collect anonymous analytics data via Google Analytics 4 (GA4), but only after you have given explicit consent through our cookie banner. See our Cookie Policy for details.

Lawful Basis for Processing

We process your personal data on the basis of consent. You give consent by ticking the GDPR consent checkbox on our forms before submission. You may withdraw your consent at any time (see Withdrawing Consent below).

How We Store Your Data

Your data is stored securely in Amazon DynamoDB, hosted in the AWS eu-west-2 (London) region. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit. Access is restricted to authorised personnel only.

Data Retention

  • Wholesale enquiries: retained for 24 months from submission, then automatically deleted.
  • Retail notification signups: retained until the retail store launches or you unsubscribe, whichever comes first.

Analytics & Data Processors

Google acts as a data processor for analytics data collected through Google Analytics 4 (GA4). GA4 is consent-gated — analytics cookies are only set after you give explicit consent via our cookie banner. No analytics data is collected if you decline or do not interact with the banner.

Google may process analytics data outside the UK/EEA. Google operates under Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) to ensure adequate data protection. See our Cookie Policy for further details on international transfers.

Your Data Rights

Under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, you have the following rights:

  • Right of access: request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Right to rectification: request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Right to erasure: request deletion of your personal data.
  • Right to data portability: request your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
  • Right to object: object to our processing of your personal data.

You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
